Question: is a little leakage OK around the front ptu and rear dif?

dealer says the front transfer case has a little leakage as well as the rear dif. Seller's mechanic says that is normal for a car of this age, 2013. It is a small leak on both but $2400 repair for both if needed. I have one side saying it needs repaired and another saying it's OK and normal. Even though they are small leaks, hard to believe it would be OK. Anyone had similar experience?
